School Mission Statement


Kersley is a community-minded school that strives to develop and celebrate the knowledge, skills, attitudes and character students will need for the future.

Code of conduct


Quesnel School District Policy #305 gives Principals the authority and responsibility for establishing the Kersley Elementary Code of Conduct and Behaviour.

The staff, parents and students developed this code which centers around seven actions that promote a positive school environment. These are represented in the Kersley name, KODIAKS. Students are acknowledged daily with KODIAK awards when they demonstrate these behaviours.

Our Beliefs


We believe the parents, students and teachers of Kersley Elementary School act in a positive manner respecting the rights of themselves and others, and being responsible for their words and actions.
